Function |
A class of key apoptosis regulators. Influences a multitude of other cellular processes, such as ubiquitin (Ub) dependent signaling events that regulate activation of nuclear factor B (NFB), which in turn drive the expression of genes important for inflammation, immunity, cell migration and cell survival. Modulates signaling events that promote the activation of cell motility kinases and metastasis11 and they regulate mitogenic kinase signaling, proliferation and mitosis.
